So far everything was easy, my car wouldn't start and I was sent a tow truck and everything was pretty fast, the representative was very nice, she also called the mechanic shop to see if they had a tow service, when local service providers were backed up.

So far I have had to put in 2 claims for items that have gone out of working order on my car. The first one was I had to new a whole new radio in my car as the functions of the radio stopped working. It was a $1500+ bill and I only paid my deductible.
