After dropping my car off at the repair shop. It took a couple of days for the adjuster to come out and inspect repairs. I feel that there should be changes in that area. No repairs can be done until adjuster sees and approve repairs. Also there were times when carshield and the repair shop wasn't communicating on a daily basis. So, I had to be the in between customer to get daily updates. It has taken 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed for repairs that were covered entities. Overall, the experience was very pleasant on both sides. This was my first experience. So now I know as the customer, I have to get daily updates to help speed up the process. I highly recommend Carshield.
