We were referred to Window World by my mother in law, after reading a couple of the reviews we were a little hesitant, however, I can say truthfully that I was blown away. Start to finish, from the first call to the installation, we were impressed. The girls in the office were so helpful and very informative. Our salesman came out just a few days after we called and really took the time to answer all of our questions as well as demostrated all the windows features. The price was right in line with our budget but more than that, we were impressed with the quality of the window for that price. After sitting through 5 estimates we felt like professionals. This was different, Window World cares about their customers. Our windows were installed within the quoted time frame, the installers went above and beyond to accommodate the fact that we have three small children running around and asking questions. The gentlemen we had here at our home doing the installation also took the time to show us how to clean them. As I stated, start to finish our experience was wonderful. I can say with confidence that I have and will continue to refer everyone I know to Window World!
