Ben my Sullivan technician just left. He came to fix the stopper in my bathtub which he did, but then he noticed that my water flow from the tub faucet looked off..
He took out the screen and cleaned it off and took the time to do some more digging and found more debris. Basically the water flow is coming out much more smoothly. It was very loud before and now you can barely hear it. I just appreciate that Ben was thoughtful and took the initiative without me having to say anything to fix my plumbing issues.
I highly recommend Sullivan services and Ben and honestly all of they’re technicians are great!
