Technician wanted to charge $1200.00 to open a bathtub repair pack, just to use one gasket. Homeowner said no, so he went about fixing it a different way. Told us to not run the water for 2 days. After 2 days, the leak was horrible. ( We called another company who found 2 leaks and fixed them and no more problem. ) When I called to tell Thornton & Grooms there was still a leak, they said it will cost another $69 to come back out and more $ to fix it. We said "Get Lost"
