Our furnace went out and we called this place. The office person on the phone said the visit would cost $69 for an assessment. After my wife confirmed this was the only cost, we had the technician come out and charge us $254. Further, we had them quote us $1284 to replace the motherboard. After looking online at repairclinic.com, we found the replacement part for $257 out the door. Given it only took about an hour to replace, that means this company likes to charge $1000 an hour for labor...OUTRAGEOUS!!!
Called the company to see if they would make it right, and they swear it costs them $1284 from their supplier. Since I am an honest person and, to be fair to them IF they are telling the truth, I submit to you below the link to the price of the furnace part...

So, while everyone including the tech was nice and spoke professionally, they must not be that competent as a company if they allow their supplier to charge them over 300% mark up on parts.
I would be willing to amend this review upon the return of the $185 overage charged to us for the tech visit.
