As always the heat goes out on the coldest night, in the middle of the night. Called the emergency number and with-in the hour a technician was here to trouble-shoot and solve the problem. Michael was very professional and despite the fact it was 5AM in a really good mood! He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, had the parts in the truck and had the heat back on in under an hour.
