Westmore identified a problem with my oil tank, that led to me finding out that my boiler wasn't working (house temp was 49 degrees . Mario, one of their techs came to the rescue. He figured out what was wrong the boiler and the thermostat, and proceeded to fix these issues. We were fortunate that the outside temps never fell below freezing. Thank you, Mario!
