Review on Michael (tech)-service call on 11/27/24
I contacted Westmore on Wednesday late afternoon as the heat was not working and there was a leak coming from the boiler. Michael, the tech that Westmore sent arrived within the hour (probably 1/2 hour). Michael was very professional and pleasant-went to look at the boiler and within a few minutes had determined that we needed a new circulator part. In an hour or so, Michael had replaced the part, and verified that the system was working as it should. We were very pleased with the service we received from Michael!
