When I called to make an appointment, the owner of the company answered the phone. He was energetic and clearly engaged in his business operations. I scheduled a time and received a confirmation email which also included a note of appreciation for our business, the name and photo of The technician who would be providing out service, and a link to their reviews. The day of, our technician, Joseph Herrera, was promptly on time. His crew cleaned our carpets beautifully and in record time. They were going to clean our tile in our kitchen, but when he saw that it was polished marble, he was concerned that their equipment might damage the stone. Instead of walking away, he called another company they recommend for stone and marble and initiated our appointment.
