They left me with lumpy carpet and a mess, left razor blades behind for me to find afterwards. I had some pad replaced and the carpet re-seemed, but they left a dip in it where they didn’t match up the pad correctly.
The emailed quote had one price and said if there was any changes they would tell us, that didn’t happen and it much more when they called for payment.
The owner was very rude in condescending on the phone, he did offer to send out his technician to correct the issues, but after the way he spoke to me I decided I don’t wanna do any more business with this company and I will cut my losses and pay someone else to do the work properly.
