I chose Kitchen Cabinet Depot (KCD) to order my Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets for several reasons. These include a user friendly website with easy to view products and their dimensions, a variety of products and colors, and very helpful guides and videos, not to mention very reasonable prices. Once I ordered the cabinets I needed for my Laundry Room upgrade, they gave me detailed instructions on receiving the cabinets and upon receipt, everything was in perfect order. All of the cabinets went together as advertised except I did have some difficulty with a large, 90" tall, 24"x24" cabinet. Assembly did not go smoothly, which resulted in a serious issue with the cabinet. KCD; however, completely resolved my issue with this particular cabinet, to which I am very grateful. Once assembled, installing the cabinets was flawless. Additionally, the cabinets look great, are very solidly built with what appears a strong, long-lasting interior and exterior finish. Further, I really like the soft-closing doors. I also purchased four slide-out drawers for the tall 90" cabinet, and they work and look great! This was a first time cabinet assembly and installation project for me. KCD was very, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the following: the instructions are sparse, so if you have any questions, contact KCD and they will respond; the horizontal components of 24"x24" cabinets are not quite square, and they need to be oriented the correct way. Do not try to assemble until you have either "dry fit" them together to determine the proper orientation, or call KCD for additional instructions.
Recommend purchasing the cabinet leveling system for the base cabinets, cabinet clamps to join cabinets together, and, if assembling yourself, a "third hand" pole device. These were all invaluable. Overall, I am extremely pleased with how the cabinets turned out, how they have really upgraded our laundry room, and the friendly and attentive service of KCD. Well done!
