Currently, I am very happy with the quality of the product. I bought the cabinets during their warehouse relocation so there was a lag time in delivery which I expected. I was not in a hurry for the cabinets. One item in the order came in broken but I believe it was due to packaging. Another small problem with a drawer glide which they replaced quickly. Again, not in a hurry for the replacement. This is my first time dealing with KCD and really didn't know what to expect but was happy with the product.
I bought a sink base bathroom vanity and 2 drawer base vanities. Nothing has been installed yet. At this point, the only thing I can comment on is the depth of the top drawers on the drawer bases. At 2 1/2 inches deep they are too shallow. In my opinion the middle and bottom drawers could have given up an inch to make the top drawer more usable. (This is my opinion and you know what they say about opinions.)
If I were to use KCD again I would certainly question the top drawer depth before considering them for my kitchen remodel.
Generally, a well built and good looking vanity set.
