I just wanted to let you know that the hotel representative that has been helping my dad has been awesome. My dad, Steven, has been through a lot with this fire and then with some hospital stays. From the start of his claim she has shown him compassion she has shown him that he is not just another number waiting to be taken care of. When we call, she always answers and is ready to help if we ask a question and she doesn't know the answer she will get back with us when she finds out the correct answer. I just want to say Thank you for taking the time out to help him and showing us that there still are people that have a heart and care. Please keep up the awesome job you do every day because sometimes you might be the only sunshine in their day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you are appreciated very much.
