Excellent service from Steve A. of the HVAC team. Steve took the time to show me the defective part on my heat pump, explain what its function was and why it most likely went bad. When Steve discovered he didn't have the replacement part on his service truck, he contacted Martins local warehouse and learned they had the last remaining replacement part. Instead of making me wait for the replacement part to arrive via Martins internal shipment department, Steve drove to the warehouse for the part. It was already nearly 4:00 p.m. With the replacement part installed my heat pump is cooling like it was new. Steve went the extra mile during one of the longest 90-degree June heat waves in years. The invoice for the part and service was very reasonable. All of this late on a Monday afternoon. I know Steve and the entire Martins HVAC service team were swamped after a nearly 100 degree weekend. I will definitely continue to use Martins HVAC service and highly recommend them.
