We had the most amazing service from Martin appliance in brownstown. Not only did our salesman JR Sirotta walk me through the washing machine options with clarity and professionalism, he also personally installed our unit the next day! His no pressure approach was a breath of fresh air compared to other sales environments, and I felt well informed about our decision. He and his coworker Adam remained late to make sure all hookups were fixed after our last washer was apparently hooked up incorrectly from a large box store. The problem solving and dedication to finishing the job was remarkable. I will definitely be shopping with Martins again and look forward to working with JR personally for all future appliance needs. Five stars all around!
