I find it very suspicious that this company has almost a five star average (on this review site) after comparing other review site averages. I also find it suspicious after my business encounter with this company. I purchased a washer and dryer set and noticed after the first wash that my clothes, especially my towels, had “fuzzies” all over them. I called the company and they suggested that I wash my clothes with warm water and vinegar. Duh, about the warm water and nobody uses vinegar instead of laundry detergent in this century to wash their clothes. I washed two more sets of clothes and same results. Hundreds of dollars of clothes were damaged. I called the company and they told me I must not be “washing my clothes correctly.” Because I was still within the 30 day warranty, I asked if they could please exchange the washer and dryer set . They said they would not, but instead would refund my money partially.... after deducting rent and shipping and handling. Rent? Really. All I wanted was a working washer and dryer and very upset that they did not honor their warranty. I ended up compromising and paying the shipping and handling because I was very frustrated after speaking to the very rude manager. I have never written a review in my lifetime, but after my experience I felt it was important to warn others shopping for a washer and dryer to not offer business to this company in fear they may suffer the same unprofessionalism.
