My experience relocating my ill Mother fron San Diego to Texas, was terrible. The movers were more than 4 hours late arriving. They were extremely slow, 7-8 hours to pack up a 1 bed room apartment. So I had to assist with the packing myself. The plans I had for my last day In San Diego were ruined after waiting for hours, The expectation for arrival was not properly set. The movers arrived days earlier than we were told and we ended up having to get a storage for our items and hire new movers to move it into our apartment in Texas. This move untimely cost me the price of the move, $150.00 in cancelation fees at a day spa (planned on the pick up date), $150 Texas storage fee's & 500.00 in new movers fees. After explaining my issues to a Manager for your company, she said she would send me and email regarding theses Issues and how this will be fixed and this was never done either.
