Jim Schalberg Auto Rental has great customer service. The experience with speaking to them is very good, especially to navigate any issues with their website, which can sometimes be down. My company has been using them for a couple of months for coverage connection for transit rentals. They provide additional collision coverage to our clients who do not have collision coverage on their own policies. So far this has been a good experience and we will continue to use Jim Schalberg Auto Rental
