I have a fleet account with Jim Schalberg Auto Rental. I am always treated pleasantly when I interact with them over the phone. The person that handles my account is very friendly and nice. The only problem I've had is when I needed roadside assistance. The last time I called there was some confusion on their part about what type of roadside assistance I had purchased and after that was sorted out it took some time to get assistance. I am very satisfied with their service and overall it has been a good experience.
