I can see why Drain Genie gets 5 star reviews. My house was backing up two days before Christmas Eve. I got an appt for 11:00am-12:00pm the next day before Christmas Eve. Paul arrived on time and took care of my drain issue in a very timely manner. Paul is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Cost was very fair and clean up was awesome as well. He was so careful to not disturb the mulch as best as he could at the clean-out. I will ONLY use Drain Genie for any plumbing issue that comes up in the future! You can't go wrong with this company!!
