This was my first time using Drain Genie Plumbing Services and they exceeded my expectations. Barry was the tech who came in, he arrived on time to install three sinks in our home. He basically told me what the process was and then just got down to business and really kept at it. Barry made sure to check in on the work once in awhile and then at the end of the process, he demonstrated the end product, making sure there were no issues ahead of time. He then went to the invoice, explaining each item and cost that was charged to us. We paid them and that was that the entire process was very easy and we would use them again.
