We woke up to no heat on a 5° morning. Being a current customer we got service sooner. Our tank gauge is hard to read. It looked like we ran out of oil. I called the prior week to say we're using more than usual and wanted a delivery soon.
Frans came out and said the tank was half full so he determined the oil line was frozen. He dug out the line and got it thawed out then primed the furnace to get it running again. Frans should get praise for all the customers he helped out on that frigid Sunday.
