My furnace quit working, and they sent someone out quickly to inspect. They explained the cost to repair, the cost to replace, and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the options so I could make an informed decision. There was no pressure to repair or replace. The work was easily scheduled and they showed up on time. Work done was quality work.
