I wish I could provide a better evaluation.
I contacted the vendor by phone twice requesting help to replace a garage remote. I purchased the garage door and the remote from this vendor in 2014. I was told both times that they would "check and get back to me". This did not happen.
I then submitted a request via the company website and indicated this was my third attempt to get assistance in replacing my remote and if I was not contacted, I would go to another vendor. They responded by email indicating they thought they had a remote I could use and asked that I come to their office to retreive.
When I got to the office, I showed them the backup remote I was using and they indicated they actually had the same remote in stock. I was told "just to follow the instructions" to program the remote when I returned home. I was charged $42 for the remote.
When I returned home, the instructions to program the remote were not clear. I ended up going to another vendor who sent out a technician to program my remote.
I wish I could provide more positive feedback, but given the circumstances, that is not possible.
