I was really worried about the process flooding my basement, and Jeff with Rooter Wizard was really reassuring and took the care to see that it didn't happen.

He got all the roots out, and it didn't flood, so he did a good job. His method could shoot a lot of water up through the drain and do more damage, but he was careful with that. He got up on the roof, and I was down in the basement. We spoke via cell phone and I made sure he shot off his pump right on time.
