Albuquerque Carpet Care, LLC. cleaned several rooms of carpeting for us recently. This was our first time using their services. We found them on the internet. It was George and his son who came out to clean the carpeting. They arrived an hour and a half early which really put us in a pinch. We were getting the carpets cleaned for a move and having them come early threw our whole schedule off. It made things very difficult. On top of that, they used my vacuum for the carpeting once they were done. As a professional carpet cleaning business, I would think they should have their own vacuum to use in a client's home. The carpeting does look good but between putting us at a bit of an inconvenience by showing up early and having to use our vacuum I was not very happy. I don't know if I would use Albuquerque Carpet Care, LLC. again.
