Albuquerque Carpet Care, LLC did a terrible job this time. This was not my first time using their services, I have used them before with no problems. This time however everything was a problem. They came out to do a whole-house cleaning. It took them two and a half hours to clean and the spots did not come out. I called them shortly after they left to let them know the spots did not come out. They scheduled a follow-up visit or two weeks later. They spent one-hour steam cleaning on the follow-up visit. The spots still did not come up. This is not a difficult house to clean. There are no pets here and not a lot of high traffic areas. They charged me $253 and the carpeting still looks terrible. I don't know what has changed with them. Previously when I used their services everything went very well and the carpeting looked good after they cleaned it. This time it is horrid. Based on this latest service I would not use the services of Albuquerque Carpet Care, LLC again.
