Two of my neighbors contracted with Idaho Fence in Post Falls to install fences on our shared property lines.
Neighbor fence #1 experience: I pointed out all three sprinkler heads, and they marked them with bright pink paint. Result: They stepped on and broke all three sprinkler heads. Also, they left concrete in my yard.
Neighbor fence #2 experience: We trimmed all the bushes to provide access. While we were not the ones who contracted for the fence, the workers used our property as the primary access while they were working. I had to tell them not to run their wheelbarrow over our lily plants when access three feet away was clear. They broke off sections of bushes that had already been pruned for clearance. They spilled concrete in several places on our landscape bark. They moved yard decorations and did not put them back.
They constantly were using the 'F-word' when there is a young child living at the neighbor.
The work crew demonstrated a total disregard for the owners and neighbors properties, running wheelbarrows over small trees, other plants, etc.
Stay away!!!
