I'm a bit on the worry-wart side so I tend to question things and need reassurance. The Jefferies associates that came out were professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They didn't mind answering my questions and reassuring me and I felt safe when they were done. Everything is working beautifully and we couldn't be happier!
