option 2 did not answer - option 3 required 3 attempts because responder was breaking up. Eventually door released and lowered. NO DIRECTIONS FOR CLOSING WHEN POWER RETURNED - SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED DURING PROMISED TIME AND EXPLAINED PROCESS TO GET DOOR WORKING.
