Summary: This company is a scam. Call Residential Express instead.

I saw the thousands of 5 star reviews so I contacted this company. They sent Dale. Smelling as if he had spent the morning chain smoking in the van with the windows rolled up, he began drilling holes in my HVAC unit without asking or telling me what he was doing. Throughout his visit, Dale repeated the phrase “HOLY SH*T!!!” what must’ve been 5-6 times. Each time his dramatics made me think my HVAC unit was about to explode and cost me a fortune. Each time his dramatics were simply. Over. Nothing.

Dale highlighted to me that he pressed some dip switches “for free” (the visit cost me $80) and then presented his recommendations. Among the +$3,800 estimate was a rec for cleaning the blower wheel costing $1,518. Yes, that’s correct. $1,518.

I called Residential Express (highly rated company) and had the pleasure of speaking with Sarah who told me they would provide the same thorough cleaning of my blower wheel for $279.

Lesson learned.
