Nice technician but was resolved by other
I appreciated the quick response and Harry was a nice fellow. Big problem were the options presented. There was no way I would spend $4,300 for a hot water heater. I was told finding the part for a 10 year old AO Smith water heater was difficult and the fix was not recommended. Ends up after an additional consult elsewhere, sediment needed to be drained for proper gas valve function. Hot water heater is now working fine.
