Air Conditioning Not Functioning
We experienced a problem with our air conditioning. The fan was not blowing air. I called John C. Flood to request service on the unit. I spoke to Susan who was emphatic to our situation and very helpful in arranging an appointment the next day.
David Cannon, the service technician, arrived the next morning as scheduled. We discussed the problem, and he began working to resolve the matter. He checked the system and discovered the interior blower motor needed to be replaced. Mr. Cannon was very thorough in determining the cause of the problem. Not only was he through, but he also checked to see if the unit was still under warranty. If fact, it was which saved us the cost of a blower motor.
Mr. Cannon was professional and courteous. He is a credit to the John C. Flood organization.
