One of our AC systems went down on July 4! I called Flood that day,. Even though they were closed, I was able to schedule a service call for the next day. I was Vinnie’s first call this morning. He doggedly investigated the issue. diagnosed the problem, explained it to me in terms I could understand fixed it and offered a solution the would keep it from recurring. We’ve used Flood for many years and, while the service has always been good, this on was right at the top.
