Went to bed on Friday with a smallish leak, and woke up on Saturday morning only to find massive amounts of water coming through the ceiling in the kitchen. John C Flood helped me in the last with an HVAC issue and were great so they were my first call after I discovered the leak...and stopped panicking. Luckily another customer had canceled so I was able to be put on the schedule and James arrived about 30 minutes later. He was very thorough and got to work immediately. He explained all the issues and fixed the real problem areas within a few hours. When he left, the area where he had been working was also in good shape. And I thought the pricing was fair.
