I called Efficient because my AC quit working, They sent Mark, the rep that has serviced my HVAC unit for several years, right away. Mark spend several hours running the problem down, a loose wire, took care of the problem and I was up and running again. Many companies would have tried to up-sell me saying that I needed a new AC unit. I very much appreciate that David, the owner, sent Mark out right away to take care of existing customers first.
