My sump pump was running continuously on Monday so I called and they were out first thing Tuesday morning. My only complaint is I called the call center Monday night and the person at the call center said a technician would call me that night and no one did. The prices are a little high but the technician was very nice and the replacement was in an hour and a half later. The warranty is a nice perk too!
