Great work,bad billing practices

I've had Arnold & Sons do plumbing for me before and they did fine work. And the billing was fair. This time however,not so good. Long story short,while the plumber was friendly and professional and while he was there just over an hour, I got charged $371.00 to pull out a hairball. I called in to see if I could get an adjustment on my bill since it was so high and I was assured a manager would call me back. No call back,what a surprise. While Arnold & Sons were very friendly and responsive, I'll not call them back.

Ray I'm sorry you didn't feel you got your money's worth this time. I am very happy to hear that there wasn't any problem with making the appointment, or showing up on time when scheduled, or not making a mess, or giving you the price up front or even that the job was completed quickly and efficiently and is still working.. I think that would be worse.
And if you still want to book a call in the future with us, we will be here available again when you want us Ray.
