I don't know how they could improve.
My first time using Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating I had a leaky pipe. I had them repair the pipe and also the valve. It was fine. I called them back a month later to get a new water heater put in. Everything went quite fine.
They came in early one morning, took the old one out and disposed of it, and put the new one in. Everything has worked fine. I don't know how they could improve.
