I own some old properties in Manchester, one dates back to the 1800's. I had C & C Flooring come in to work on them and they did a fabulous job. In my oldest property, I had them clean up some really grungy floors, they made them look great, as great as old, pine floors can look. But he's worked on a few of my other properties too. I'm always happy with the results.

C & C's prices are very reasonable and Chris gets back to me promptly. He is always present and personally supervises his workers when they're on a job. He's a perfectionist, which I really appreciate. He makes sure things are done right the first time.
