We mostly dealt with Thanh Nguyen the estimator/Project Manager (not the owner) and he was absolutely fantastic - A+. We did have some communication issues with the owner which resulted in a delay in starting but not a major deal. My husband was out of town, told the owner this and gave him my phone number. I also spoke with the owner on the phone, emailed and texted my contact info. but he claimed he never received any of that, so the project didn't start on the original designated day. Their pricing was very reasonable, they offer a military discount, quality roofing with many color choices, GAF Silver Pledge limited warranty included. We're very happy with our roof and would highly recommend Best Roofing of Virginia.
