Humberto Vega was my tech today for my heater maintenance (Service Club Membership Program). He was so very helpful from the start. He even put on his shoe coverings without being asked. He offered to help me find my air filters that were misplaced in the garage. He was very thorough in explaining what was he was doing today and making sure I'm doing my part also to keep my 3 year old system working for years to come. He informed me too by showing me a 2 minute video on the difference in air filters, the quality and protection that is needed for my system and my quality of air.
Before he left he asked if there was anything else he could do to help, and if I had any questions.
I knew from the start that Humberto was a man of integrity and he has a good work ethic which is very important to me. I will ask for Humberto to be my tech for as long as he works for Gilmore.
