The quality has been good.

I've been with Steam Sweepers LLC for maybe twelve for fifteen years. I've had them do my home several times, as well as various commercial properties. The quality used to be superb without question. It's gone down recently, because the time put into it has not remained the same. When they first did our home, he was here for three hours, and it was very through and clean. The cleaning they did recently was very quick, and after they left, I realized there were several stains that I would need to go back and take care of myself. That said, I've recommended them many times, and will continue to do so.

I’m terribly sorry some spots didn’t get the attention they obviously needed on this particular visit. As you may know, our motto is “If the spot comes back so does Steam Sweepers”.
As the owner of Steam Sweepers LLC I’ve been actively involved in my company on a daily basis for 20 years now. As a matter of fact, I used to clean your carpets myself, but that’s been twelve years now! Adam, my lead tech has worked on your properties now for six years. I can’t say in words how frustrated I am that you were put in the position of feeling as though you needed to remove spots from carpet that you had hired my company to clean, Ugh! Since you’ve been a customer of ours for so many years, you may recall over the past decade receiving a post cleaning follow-up call from myself or my daughter Brea? We do this because sometimes spots can wick-up (reappear) during the drying process. We are very concerned with the high level of service that our valued customers receive.
I apologize for this unfortunate but thankfully very rare mishap. After reading your review, I checked our records and noticed you had not received a job completion follow-up call. If you had received the call, I’m sure you would have welcomed a free visit from one of my most valued employees, Adam McGary. Remember “If the spot comes back so does Steam Sweepers LLC”
