Everything was explained to me as I know nothing about rug fibers. Was told it would be hard to get the stain out but that they would do the best they could. The time frame was just as they had predicted. I am happy with the results as the stain was much lighter so nobody but me will be able to spot it. Bryan and his co-worker are very easy to talk to and kind. The price was very reasonable.
