Worst company ever
"My experience with this moving company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being promised a refund for the outrageous charges, I've been met with nothing but delays and unprofessional behavior from the owner and management. I was initially quoted for a 2-hour minimum, but the movers took nearly 4 hours and then tried to charge me over double the quoted amount. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told it was because of weekend rates, which were never mentioned beforehand.
Despite assurances from Stephanie in the office that the overcharge would be corrected, it's been almost 4 weeks and I still haven't seen a refund. Every time I call, I'm given the runaround or told it should have been refunded already. The lack of communication and accountability from this company is astounding.
Adding insult to injury, the response from the owner and management to my concerns has been dismissive and unprofessional. They completely ignored my explanations and attempted to discredit my valid complaints. It's clear they didn't even bother to review the details of my case before responding.
Furthermore, I've noticed a suspicious pattern of fake positive reviews popping up right after negative ones, which only adds to my frustration and distrust. It's evident they're more concerned with burying negative feedback than addressing legitimate issues.
At this point, I'm considering taking legal action because it's clear this company has no intention of honoring their refund policy. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated this way after being a paying customer. I urge others to think twice before using their services and to beware of their shady business practices."
