Poor communication, would not recommend
I made reservations and paid my deposit for an 8:00 AM start for my Oct 6th move. I called at 9:00 asking where they were at. They said their truck wouldn’t start and they had to rent a U Haul and we’re on the way. They arrived at 9:45 and started loaded my items. Their rented truck was four feet shorter than their own truck and couldn’t fit everything in one load. I didn’t want to pay additional extra hourly fees for another truck so I had to go and rent another truck next day and finish the move myself. Cost me another $100. Once they moved my stuff in, I saw they broke the glass on my antique China cabinet. They also cracked the legs of my kitchen table. I needed the table right away, so I bought some braces and just fixed it myself. I filled out the form to start the glass repair. The run around started there. After five phone calls, they just kept saying they were processing the claim. Finally after two months they said their glass repair company was holding up the process. I called Roadrunner Glass, their claimed repair company, . They said they had no record of my claim and haven’t done work for them in eight years. After 12 weeks now, I’ve given up on AZDM, just wish I never called them at all. Do not recommend!
