**HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & BUSINESS ETHICS**
I hired this company to move my belongings in to a new house. Several items were damaged. I took pictures and submitted a damage claim report, as they instructed me to do. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to process the damage claim. I contacted them after the allowed time because I hadn't heard anything. I was told the claim was processed and they were mailing me a check to cover the damages. I waited 2 weeks but did not receive anything in the mail. I contacted them AGAIN and was told the check was being mailed that day and I should receive it within 2 days. When I finally received the check, there was a letter accompanying it that stated only 2 of the 5 items damaged had been approved. I contacted them again inquiring why the other 3 items were not approved when I had taken pictures and provided clear evidence of the damage. No response.
This company has horrible customer service and sketchy business ethics. I will NEVER uses them again or recommend them to anyone I know.
