Cool Air installed a new AC for me in 2019 and it went very smoothly. No one tried to sell me anything I didn’t want or didn’t need. Fast forward to today… the motor of the AC failed and I called Cool Air and received the same great service. The part was still under warranty and yes we paid for the labor but wow on the professionalism and follow up. The tech Jose was knowledgeable and professional. No gimmicks. This company is solid and I recommend them highly. Thank you for making frustrating situations better. Oh and my final invoice had before and after pictures of my unit along with pictures of old parts and new parts installed.
