My technician David was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and caring. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood before he left what he did and what needs to be done. He also gave me advice on what I need to do in between service calls. The only reason I gave a four instead of a five for will recommend is because of the price. This has nothing to do with David as a technician because I know he does not set the prices. This is more of a company issue. They came and drained the line 2 months ago and they were leaking tremendously. I don’t think I should’ve had to pay as much as I did to have them do it again just two months later. I feel their prices are a little high. David did do everything he could to help me.
